This will be our 100th consecutive monthly Meet & Greet! To celebrate over 8 years of monthly Meet & Greets, a one-time-only membership special will be offered at tonight's event. $10 a month for as many months as you'd like to purchase! This is a 60% discount off of our normal monthly rate of $25. This offer will only be available in person at tonight's event. It will not be available at any other time.
One of ACSA's largest monthly events, our Meet & Greets are always open to the public. This month we'll be at Thurmunz Seafood at Basse & Broadway from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
Our Meet & Greets generally are attended by about 75 people, with the majority being current members. There should be at least double that this time however. It's a great way for new and prospective members to meet a large number of ACSA'ns at one time and see what the club is all about. We'll make announcements and give an overview of the club for prospective members around 7:30pm.
It's cash bar. Be sure to stick around for the door prizes! Because this is a special occasion there will be lots of cool door prizes. You will definitely want to be in the room for this drawing!
I am also going to cut my hair at the end of this Meet & Greet at 8:30 to donate to Locks of Love. If you'd like to cut and donate yours as well please contact me at least a few days in advance so I can make arrangements to accomodate you. Your hair needs to be at least 10" long to donate.

Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. We meet a unique need for children by using donated hair to create the highest quality hair prosthetics. Most of the children helped by Locks of Love have lost their hair due to a medical condition called alopecia areata, which has no known cause or cure. The prostheses we provide help to restore their self-esteem and their confidence, enabling them to face the world and their peers.
